HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between November 26th and December 30, 2019 have an extended return & exchange period through January 10th 2020. All other terms and conditions of our return & exchange policy apply.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
*Please note, we have recently updated our online return policy. All items purchased after September 10th, 2019 are subject to these changes.
You may return any unworn merchandise with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of receipt and for exchange or online credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days and exchanges after 30 days.
Styles marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, but still may be returned for exchange or store credit. This includes all items purchased during any Promo Code Event, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Friends & Family, End of Season Sale Promotions and the Archive Sale.
No price adjustments on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, End of Season Sale or Archive Sale items.
Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned.
INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you are returning unworn merchandise from outside of the United States, please complete the Online Return & Exchange Form and mail the item(s) to the following address:

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please complete the Exchange/Return Form on the right. You will be notified within one business day if your request cannot be completed.

If you requested a refund, we will send a confirmation email once your request has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the return was processed to reflect on your bank statement.
